  1. SHIPPING METHODS

We aim to dispatch orders placed on our website within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of order to addresses within India only, subject to product availability. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.

  1. DELIVERY CHARGES

A standard shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applicable on all orders which do not qualify for free shipping. Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above Rs. 1699/- subject to terms and conditions specified on the website. Please note that the delivery charges or any other fees paid is non-refundable.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, and other external factors beyond our control.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines may possibly be delayed during festive period and shopping festivals.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions for tracking your order online.

You may also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and by accessing the order tracking page.

  1. DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We shall not be liable for any delays, mis deliveries, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  1. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The shipment would be handed over to the customer only after valid OTP verification.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient or other reasons, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow the instructions provided by the shipping carrier to ensure successful delivery of the order.

Please note that only 3 attempts would be made by the shipping carrier for successful delivery of your order. The failure on the part of customer to receive the order on 3rd attempt would automatically lead to cancellation of the order and in such case the refund shall be made after deducting the applicable delivery charges.

  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to impose restrictions on shipping to certain locations based on legal, regulatory, or operational considerations.
